About Rescue Right Meow
Rescue Right Meow is a no-kill, foster-based cat rescue serving Cecil County and the surrounding area. We C.A.R.E. for Cats through our four pillars--Collaborate, Assist, Rescue, and Educate.

At Rescue Right Meow, a no-kill, foster-based cat rescue, we C.A.R.E. for Cats!

We Collaborate with like-minded nonprofit organizations, government entities, and businesses to form a strong network for the purpose of ending the vicious cycle of overpopulation and euthanasia of cats and kittens in Cecil County and the surrounding area.

We Assist the public in locating low cost spay and neuter services to reduce the overpopulation of cats in the community.

We Rescue unwanted, and abandoned cats, providing temporary foster homes until good, permanent homes are found. We will also strive to reunite lost cats with their families.

We Educate the public and government officials about the importance of concepts such as spaying/neutering, adoption, humane treatment of animals, and more.
Our Goals
We C.A.R.E about Cats!
Collaborate
To achieve the purpose, we will actively seek means to collaborate with other rescue organizations and government officials to optimize efforts.
Assist
To support and reduce the Community cats through support of Trap-Neuter-Return activities, assisting the general public to locate low cost spay and neuter services, and providing Community cat care.
Rescue
To provide fostering and/or temporary homes, including rehabilitation, while seeking permanent homes, for homeless cats and kittens.
Educate
To provide outreach and educational programs to aid in the understanding and importance of cat welfare concepts such as spaying and neutering, the importance of pet adoption, and humane treatment of animals.
