We Collaborate with like-minded nonprofit organizations and businesses to form a strong network for the purpose of ending the vicious cycle of overpopulation and euthanasia of cats and kittens.

We Assist the public in locating low cost spay and neuter services to reduce the overpopulation of cats in the community. We also provide TNR in Cecil County.

We Rescue unwanted, and abandoned cats, providing temporary foster homes until good, permanent homes are found. 

We Educate the public about the importance of concepts such as spaying/neutering, adoption, humane treatment of animals, and more.
